Stir Fried Chicken and Leafy Greens

  1. Dice your garlic and ginger, fry in some olive oil on a medium heat until golden, then add the cubed chicken
  2. Continue cooking on a medium heat until the chicken is cooked through
  3. then add the Komatsuna or any leafy greens you have to hand
  4. pour in your soy sauce and mirin and continue to fry, stirring well
  5. add the baby bok choy or other leafy greens
  6. when the greens have contracted, serve.
  7. Especially nice with fresh hot rice
