Italian Casserole
- 1 12 lbs lean ground meat
- 14 cup chopped onion
- 14 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 13 cup parmesan cheese
- 12 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 12 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon garlic salt
- 14 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce) package crescent rolls
- Cook ground meat until brown.
- Add onion and bell pepper, cook until tender, add tomato sauce, pepper, garlic salt and Italian seasoning.
- Mix well and pour into 2 quart casserole.
- Spread sour cream over the meat and sprinkle the grated cheese on the sour cream.
- Separate the rolls into 4 rectangles and place over the cheese.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees F. Cut into squares.
- Let sit a few minutes before serving.
