Crockpot Golden Mushroom Chicken

• 4 boneless skinless chicken breast, halves
• 2 can golden mushroom soup
• 1/4 cup vinegar
• 2 piece jalapenos, sliced

1. Add everything to the crockpot and cook on Low for 6-8 hours.
