  3. Add in Frzn BROCCOLI TO SALTED WATER; RETURN TO A BOIL; COOK UNCOVERED, FOR3 Min.
  4. COVER; REDUCE HEAT; COOK 7 TO 9 Min Or possibly Till JUST TENDER.
  5. DRAIN; PLACE AN EQUAL QUANTITY IN EACH PAN.

  7. BROWN CRUMBS IN BUTTER Or possibly MARGARINE.
  8. SPRINKLE 1 C. CRUMBS OVER BROCCOLIIN EACH PAN.
  9. 3.
  10. GARNISH WITH HARD COOKED Large eggs.
  11. NOTE: OTHER SIZES AND TYPES OF PANS MAY BE USED.
