My Crisp Chicken Nuggets

  1. Add the salt,paprika,and pepper to the flour mix it then add the water, mix until thick and smooth
  2. Cut up the chicken into bite size pieces or alittle bigger if you prefer
  3. Heat up the oil to very hot, and test with a tiny bit of the batter, if it bubbles immediatley you can then add the chicken in batter
  4. On kitchen paper dry off the chicken pieces first then Dip the chicken pieces in the batter and drop into the boiling oil about 5 at a time
  5. Then when browned put them on kitchen paper to drain off excess oil , about 3 minutes.
  6. Then when they are all done you can put these away until your ready for them .
  7. Just pop in the oven 170c/gas 6 for 30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  8. You can also instead of salt n pepper add 1 teaspoon of Curry powder or Chilli powder, or jerk seasonings and have different flavour.
