Smoky Tater Hash

  1. Toss potato puffs with mushrooms, red peppers, onion, olive oil, paprika, and salt.
  2. Arrange in single layer on 2 large rimmed baking sheets.
  3. Bake at 425 degrees F for 25 minutes, rotating pans on oven racks halfway through.
  4. Serve topped with a fried egg.
