Healthy Greek Yogurt Parfait
- 1/2 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1 Handful of Granola
- 1 Handful Flavoured Oats
- 1/2 Banana
- 1 Strawberries, Blueberries, Kiwis (Any fruit you like works here!)
- 1 tsp Crushed Almonds (for sprinkling ontop)
- 1 tsp Honey (Optional for drizzle)
- In a medium sized clear glass add a first layer of yogurt
- Next add an even layer of oats or granola
- On top pile some fruit (blueberries/strawberries)
- And keep piling the various ingredients as you wish.
- Can really do this your own way!
- At the top layer make sure it's a layer of yogurt and pile on remaining fruits nicely
- Sprinkle with crushed almonds/drizzle with honey and enjoy!
- Delicious and healthy snack or dessert!
