Healthy Greek Yogurt Parfait

  1. In a medium sized clear glass add a first layer of yogurt
  2. Next add an even layer of oats or granola
  3. On top pile some fruit (blueberries/strawberries)
  4. And keep piling the various ingredients as you wish.
  5. Can really do this your own way!
  6. At the top layer make sure it's a layer of yogurt and pile on remaining fruits nicely
  7. Sprinkle with crushed almonds/drizzle with honey and enjoy!
  8. Delicious and healthy snack or dessert!
