Nutella Cookies
- 120 grams Butter
- 100 grams Sugar
- 200 grams Nutella
- 1 whole Egg
- 300 grams Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 100 grams Milk Chocolate, Chopped In Small Pieces (or Use Chocolate Chips)
- 50 grams Roasted Hazelnuts, Coarsely Chopped Or Crushed
- Preheat your oven to 180 C and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Set aside.
- Melt the butter (in a saucepan over low heat or in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.
- Put the melted butter into a mixing bowl, add the sugar and beat with an electric mixer until the batter is thickened and the butter has cooled.
- Then add Nutella and the egg and combine well.
- Into a medium sized bowl sift the flour with the baking powder.
- Then fold it into the Nutella mixture.
- In the end, add the milk chocolate, chopped or chocolate morsels and the roughly crushed roasted hazelnuts.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop out the batter and roll the scoops between your hands to form cookies (you will get about 30 cookies).
- Arrange them on the cookie sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart and bake at 180 C for about 10-12 minutes.
