Japanese-Style Meat-Miso

  1. Finely chop the Japanese leek, ginger, and garlic.
  2. Put the sesame seed oil in a frying pan and saute the chopped ginger and garlic.
  3. Add the ground meat and stir-fry until it browns.
  4. Add the seasoning ingredients and stir-fry well.
  5. Add sugar to taste.
  6. Finally, add the chopped Japanese leek and quickly stir-fry.
  7. This is a convenient meat-miso
