Japanese-Style Meat-Miso
- 300 grams Ground chicken or ground pork
- 3 clove Ginger
- 3 large cloves Garlic
- 3 tbsp Tianmianjiang
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp Dashi stock
- 1/2 to 1 tablespoons Sugar
- 10 cm Japanese leeks (white part) finely chopped
- 1 Sesame oil
- Finely chop the Japanese leek, ginger, and garlic.
- Put the sesame seed oil in a frying pan and saute the chopped ginger and garlic.
- Add the ground meat and stir-fry until it browns.
- Add the seasoning ingredients and stir-fry well.
- Add sugar to taste.
- Finally, add the chopped Japanese leek and quickly stir-fry.
- This is a convenient meat-miso
