Chipotle Chicken and Noodles
- 1 12 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 (28 ounce) canhunt's crushed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chopped chipotle chiles in adobo
- 3 12 cups water
- 6 ounces dry egg noodles, uncooked
- Combine chicken, tomatoes, chilpotle peppers and water in slow cooker.
- Cover with lid.
- Cook on LOW 8 hours (or on HIGH 4 hours), stirring in noodles for the last 30 minutes of the cooking time.
- Stir before serving.
