Beer Pizza Crust (ABM)
- 1 cup beer
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 3 14 cups bread flour
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 12 teaspoons instant yeast
- Place all ingredients in machine in order recommended by the manufacturer.
- Select dough cycle.
- Remove dough to a floured board and let rest for 15 minutes.
- Divide dough in half.
- Meanwhile heat oven to 400*.
- Roll out dough or press into pans.
- Partially bake (10-12 minutes) before adding toppings.
