Beer Pizza Crust (ABM)

  1. Place all ingredients in machine in order recommended by the manufacturer.
  2. Select dough cycle.
  3. Remove dough to a floured board and let rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Divide dough in half.
  5. Meanwhile heat oven to 400*.
  6. Roll out dough or press into pans.
  7. Partially bake (10-12 minutes) before adding toppings.
