Crispy Italian Baked Chicken

  1. Heat oven 400.
  2. Coat baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
  3. Combine potato flakes, parmesan cheese, parsley flakes and garlic salt in a shallow bowl.
  4. Stir until well mixed.
  5. Coat chicken pieces with flour; dip in italian dressing.
  6. Coat with potato flake mixture, patting until chicken is throughly coated; shake off excess breading.
  7. Place in prepared pan.
  8. Bake 45-50 minutes or until instant-read thermometer reaches 165.
