Diabetic Rhubarb Cake Recipe

  1. Combine flour, lowfat milk, butter, egg, sugar replacement, baking soda, lemon juice, vanilla and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Stir to blend and then mix in rhubarb.
  3. Pour into well-greased and floured 9x13 inch baking pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till done.
