Mango-Lilikoi Puree

• 1 mango, peeled and cubed
• 3 ounces passion fruit nectar or juice

1. In a blender, combine the mango with the passion fruit nectar.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Transfer the puree to a jar, cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
