Jenny's Muesli
- 1 12 kg rolled oats
- 200 g sunflower seeds
- 500 g almonds
- 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
- 200 g honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- 1 cup sultana
- 1 cup dried apricot (chopped)
- Melt honey and oil in saucepan, pour over remaining ingredients.
- Bake in oven at 150 C for 30 minutes, turning every 5-7 minutes.
- Cool.
- Add dried fruit.
- Store in air-tight jars.
