Chives With Eggs--Goes Great With Rice

  1. Wash the chives and cut into appropriate lengths.
  2. Combine the ingredients.
  3. Beat the eggs, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Combine the ingredients.
  5. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan.
  6. Once heated, add the egg and stir quickly over high heat.
  7. Remove the egg before it cooks through.
  8. Over high heat, add a little oil and fry the chives and most of the mixture from Step 1 (leave a small amount for the finish).
  9. Add the half-cooked eggs and mix.
  10. Add the leftover sauce to taste.
