Pozole Authentic Mexican
- 2 green onion chives, sliced
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic clove
- 1 cup water
- 24 ounces water
- 29 ounces drained white hominy
- 2 lbs pork shoulder or 2 lbs bone in pork
- cilantro (optional)
- (Over night) Marinade.
- 2 Chive greens sliced.
- 1tsp Vegetable oil.
- 1tsp Vinegar.
- 1tsp Minced garlic.
- 1 Cup water.
- 2lbs.
- Pork.
- Add all ingrediants in large zip lock bag or air tight container,.
- refrigerate over night.

- Add 1 can drained hominy, pork shoulder, 24 ounces water, and marinade mix into crock pot or large pan.
- Bring to a simmer for 4 to 6 hours in covered pot, add salt to tast.
- Cilantro optional.
