Pozole Authentic Mexican

  1. (Over night) Marinade.
  2. 2 Chive greens sliced.
  3. 1tsp Vegetable oil.
  4. 1tsp Vinegar.
  5. 1tsp Minced garlic.
  6. 1 Cup water.
  7. 2lbs.
  8. Pork.
  9. Add all ingrediants in large zip lock bag or air tight container,.
  10. refrigerate over night.

  12. Add 1 can drained hominy, pork shoulder, 24 ounces water, and marinade mix into crock pot or large pan.
  13. Bring to a simmer for 4 to 6 hours in covered pot, add salt to tast.
  14. Cilantro optional.
