My Greek Meatballs

  1. Soak bread in Ouzo for 5 minutes.
  2. Squeeze dry.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet.
  4. Add onions.
  5. Saute 3 minutes.
  6. Remove.
  7. Let cool.
  8. Stir into bread, turkey, egg, mint, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
  9. Shape into meatballs.
  10. Coat with flour.
  11. Place on a rack over a baking sheet.
  12. Chill 1 hour.
  13. Heat oil in a skillet.
  14. Add meatballs.
  15. Brown 10-15 minutes.
