Jean's Cheese Roll

  1. Place cheese on waxed paper - cover with more waxed paper and roll into rectangle shape.
  2. Whip cream cheese with a little milk until whipping cream consistancy.
  3. Add onions, chilies, pimentos, and jalapenos (if desired) and spread on Velveeta.
  4. Roll up in jelly roll fashion and seal edges.
  5. Garnish with chopped pecans or your choice.
  6. Serve with crackers.
