Easy Chocolate-Raspberry Tartlets

• 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
• 1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
• 39 vanilla wafers
• 39 fresh raspberries (about 4 cups)

1. Whisk chocolate and COOL WHIP until blended; spoon into pastry bag fitted with star tip.
2. Pipe chocolate mixture onto wafers.
3. Top with berries.
