Crock-Pot Chocolate Rice
- 12 cup sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 4 12 cups chocolate milk
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1 23 cups converted rice (NOT long grain)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups whipped cream
- Spray inside of crockpot with a nonstick spray.
- Add sugar and salt to crockpot and stir.
- Whisk in the chocolate milk and half-and-half.
- Stir in the converted rice.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on LO heat only for 5 hours with NO stirring.
- Now stir in vanilla.
- Turn off crockpot and, if possible, remove liner.
- Let stand, covered, 30 minutes.
- Fold in the whipped cream.
- Serve warm or chilled.
