Pizza Mac N Cheese Cups
- 1 can Pillsbury biscuits
- 5 oz Homemade Mac N Cheese (or boxed)
- 1/3 cup Diced pepperoni (or more)
- 1 cup Mozzarella and Swiss Cheese
- 8 tbsp Pizza Sauce or Hidden Valley Creamy Pesto Spread
- 8 dash Oregano (and salt and pepper to taste)
- Heat your macaroni, or according to directions on box.
- Preheat Oven to 350.
- Dice your pepperoni.
- Add it to your Mac and cheese along with your cup of cheese.
- Stir well.
- Set aside.
- Grease a muffin tray, enough to fit all of your biscuits.
- The large biscuit can has 8.
- Stretch your biscuits and fit to muffin tin forming a bowl.
- Put a tablespoon of Creamy Pesto spread in the bottom of each biscuit.
- Now spoon your Mac N Cheese and Pepperoni mixture into each of the biscuits.
- Do not overfill.
- Top each with a dash of oregano.
- Place in oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until biscuits are Golden.
