Grilled Mandarin Salmon with Citrus Salsa

  1. Pour 1/4 cup dressing over fish in shallow dish; turn to coat both sides of each fillet.
  2. Refrigerate 30 min.
  3. to marinate.
  4. Meanwhile, combine fruit, cilantro and remaining dressing.
  5. Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  6. Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade.
  7. Grill fish 10 min.
  8. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  9. Serve with fruit.
