Grilled Mandarin Salmon with Citrus Salsa
- 4 skin-on salmon fillets (1 lb./450 g) Walmart Supercenter 1 lb For $5.00 thru 02/14
- 1/2 cup Kraft Mandarin Orange with Sesame Dressing, divided
- 1 navel orange, segmented Safeway 1 lb For $0.79 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup fresh grapefruit segments Safeway 10 ct For $10.00 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- Pour 1/4 cup dressing over fish in shallow dish; turn to coat both sides of each fillet.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- to marinate.
- Meanwhile, combine fruit, cilantro and remaining dressing.
- Heat barbecue to medium heat.
- Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade.
- Grill fish 10 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Serve with fruit.
