First Time Ox Tails

  1. Wash ox tails and allow them to drain for 15 seconds,apply all the seasoning ,then light dust them with flour.place your oil in a broiler to heat,brown your ox tails on all sides with garlic cloves and 1/3 cup of onion.when brown pour your broth.water,Rotel ,cubes,peppers,bay leaf,mince garlic,red pepper ,allow it to begin to boil rapidly, then turn heat down,cover and simmer until tender about 3/4 hours.
