First Time Ox Tails
- 2 packages Ox tails
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Mince garlic
- 1/4 cup Onion
- 1/3 cup Mixed bell peppers with onion
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1/3 tsp Oregano ,parsley,celery flakes,garlic salt n pepper,onion powder
- 1 dash Red pepper
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 3 Beef cubes for broth
- 1 Beef broth
- 6 cup Cold water
- Wash ox tails and allow them to drain for 15 seconds,apply all the seasoning ,then light dust them with flour.place your oil in a broiler to heat,brown your ox tails on all sides with garlic cloves and 1/3 cup of onion.when brown pour your broth.water,Rotel ,cubes,peppers,bay leaf,mince garlic,red pepper ,allow it to begin to boil rapidly, then turn heat down,cover and simmer until tender about 3/4 hours.
