Chippy Bars
- 1 cup margarine (softened)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2-1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- Mix first five ingredients and beat until creamy.
- Add eggs.
- Mix baking soda and flour in a separate bowl and spoon this gradually into the rest of the batter.
- Mix well.
- Stir in the pecans and HALF of the chocolate chips.
- Spread in a greased 9x13-inch pan and sprinkle the rest of the chocolate chips on top.
- Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
