Bernie's Grill's Buffalo Style Hot Wings Recipe
- 2 lb chicken wings
- 1 c. flour
- 2 c. frying oil
- 1 quart warm sauce
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 lb margarine
- Heat oil to about 350 degrees on medium heat.
- Dust wings with flour, and fry in the oil in batches.
- Heat margarine and warm sauce, bring to a simmer, take off the burner, and add in the vinegar.
- Put cooked wings in a bowl, pour as much sauce on top as you desire, and toss wings in sauce to coat them.
- Enjoy!
