Ginataang Mais (Filipino Rice Pudding with Corn)
- 6 cup water
- 1 cup sweet rice
- 1 can 13.5 oz coconut milk
- 1 can 15.25 oz sweet kernel corn (drained)
- 3/4 cup sugar (Or to taste)
- Combine the water and sweet rice in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 20 minutes on low heat until tender and stir occasionally to prevent rice from sticking to the bottom.
- Add the corn, coconut milk and sugar.
- Cook for another 10 minutes.
- Continue to stir occasionally.
- Can be served hot or cold.
- Enjoy!
