Ginataang Mais (Filipino Rice Pudding with Corn)

  1. Combine the water and sweet rice in a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Simmer for 20 minutes on low heat until tender and stir occasionally to prevent rice from sticking to the bottom.
  3. Add the corn, coconut milk and sugar.
  4. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  5. Continue to stir occasionally.
  6. Can be served hot or cold.
  7. Enjoy!
