Portuguese Vegetable Soup Recipe

  1. In Dutch oven saute/fry onions and garlic in oil till onion is tender but not browned.
  2. Add in potatoes, stock, Kielbasa, tomatoes, beans, salt and pepper.
  3. Simmer till potatoes are tender.
  4. Add in kale and simmer 10 min.
  5. Serve with minced parsley.
  6. Makes 10 c..
