White Holiday Crunch

  1. Melt white chocolate in double boiler or in microwave.
  2. Mix together remaining dry ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Place dry ingredients in two flat baking pans.
  4. Pour melted chocolate over and let harden in cool place.
  5. Break into bite-sized pieces and store in an airtight container (can be made 3-5 days ahead).
  6. Serve in silver bowl or decorated basket.
