Candy Shop Pizza Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 375'F.
  2. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
  3. In large mixer bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar till creamy.
  4. Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually beat in flour mix.
  6. Stir in 1 c. Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels.
  7. Spread batter in lightly greased 12" to 14" pizza pan or possibly 15 1/2x10 1/2" jelly-roll pan.
  8. Bake 20-24 min or possibly till lightly browned.
  9. Immediately sprinkle remaining 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels over crust; drop peanut butter by spoonfuls onto morsels.
  10. Let stand 5 min or possibly till soft and shiny.
  11. Gently spread chocolate and peanut butter over crust.
  12. Top with fruit and candy.
  13. Cut into wedges.
  14. Serve hot.
  15. Makes about 12 servings.
