Carrots Au Gratin
- 4 cups cooked carrots, sliced
- 10 ounces cream of chicken soup, condensed
- 4 ounces Velveeta cheese, cut up
- 2 teaspoons onion flakes, dry kind
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 14 cup dry breadcrumbs
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Put carrots into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Mix soup, cheese and onion together in small saucepan.
- Heat and stir until cheese melts.
- Pour over carrots.
- Melt butter in small saucepan.
- Stir in crumbs.
- Sprinkle over top.
- Bake uncovered for about 20 to 30 minutes or until browned and heated through.
