Asian Turkey-Apple Salad

• 2 cups tightly packed torn lettuce
• 1/4 cup chopped Granny Smith apples
• 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
• 1 tsp. lite soy sauce
• 1/3 cup leftover roasted turkey
• 1/4 cup shredded carrots
• 3 Tbsp. PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts

1. Cover serving plate with lettuce.
2. Combine apples, dressing and soy sauce; spoon over lettuce.
3. Top with remaining ingredients.
4. Toss just before serving.
