Maple Syrup Muffins with Pancake Mix
- 200 grams Pancake mix
- 2 Egg
- 30 grams Butter or margarine for baking
- 4 tbsp Maple syrup
- 100 ml Milk
- I used 4 cm paper cupcake moulds.
- Preheat the oven to 170C.
- Microwave the butter or let it soften at room temperature naturally.
- Mix the egg and butter well with a whisk.
- Add maple syrup to Step 2 and lightly mix.
- Add the egg little by little and mix it in well.
- Add the pancake mix and fold it in quickly.
- Pour the batter into the paper moulds, about 70-80% of the way.
- Bake for 20 - 25 minutes in the oven preheated to 170C, and they are done.
- Adjust the time and temperature to your oven.
