Easy Chicken Stock Flavored Chicken & Cabbage

  1. Roughly chop the cabbage.
  2. Place into a pot and add in the consomme.
  3. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Place on top of the cabbage and lightly season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover the pot with a lid and turn the heat to medium for 10 minutes.
  6. (Occasionally shake the pot to prevent sticking.)
  7. It's done.
