Chicken Pot Pie Recipe
- 1 chicken
- 3 c. flour
- 3 Large eggs
- 3/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- Sufficient lowfat milk to make soft dough
- Cook chicken and pick off bones.
- Take chicken and broth and put in large kettle.
- Mix together flour, Large eggs, baking pwdr and lowfat milk to make dough.
- Divide dough into 3 portions.
- Roll out thin and cut into squares.
- Bring broth and chicken to boiling and add in pot pie squares.
- Add in water as needed.
- Cook for 1/2 hour or possibly till soft.
- Add in potatoes if you like.
- Serves 7.
