Curry Lamb Recipe

  1. Heat butter in large saucepan.
  2. Add in onion, green pepper and celery; cook and stir gently till onion is tender.
  3. Stir in curry pwdr, salt and flour.
  4. Cook over low heat, stirring till mix is warm.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Gradually stir in broth.
  7. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
  8. Boil and stir 1 minute.
  9. Stir in lamb, heat through, stirring occasionally, about 10 min.
  10. Serve over rice.
  11. 4 to 6 servings.
