Slow Cooker Chex Mix
- 1/4 cups Butter, Melted And Cooled Slightly
- 1 package (1 Oz. Packet) Ranch Salad Dressing And Seasoning Mix
- 1/4 cups Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 8 cups Chex Cereal (I Used Equal Parts Corn And Rice Chex)
- 2 cups Pretzels
- 2 cups Cheez Its
- Whisk together butter, ranch mix, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and chili powder.
- Set aside.
- Place cereal, pretzels, and Cheez-Its into your crockpot.
- Mix until everything is well incorporated.
- Pour sauce over the mix-ins and gently stir until sauce has evenly coated the mix-ins.
- Important: Place a thin dish towel over your crockpot before placing the lid on.
- This collects the condensation created during the cooking process.
- Set your crockpot to low and cook for 2 1/2 hours, gently stirring every 30 minutes.
- After 2 1/2 hours, pour mixture onto a rimmed baking sheet and let cool to room temperature.
- Serve immediately, or store in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks.
- Note: Although this is great the day of, I think this actually tastes best after its had about a day to sitthe flavors really have a chance to develop!
