Cheesy Bacon Meatloaf

• 1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
• 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onions Safeway 3 lb For $2.99 thru 02/09
• 1/2 tsp. each garlic powder and dried oregano leaves
• 1/8 tsp. cracked black pepper
• 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06

1. Heat oven to 400F.
2. Mix all ingredients except bacon.
3. Shape into loaf in 9x5-inch loaf pan; top with bacon.
4. Bake 45 min.
5. or until done (160 degrees F).
6. Let stand 5 min.
7. before removing from pan and slicing to serve.
