Shortcut Shortribs

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Sprinkle Dry Rub onto ribs; rub into meat.
  3. Grill 10 to 12 min.
  4. or until done (145 degrees F), turning occasionally.
  5. Remove to cutting board; cover.
  6. Let stand 5 min.
  7. Cut ribs against the grain into thin slices.
  8. Serve with Chimichurri Sauce.
