Bistro Po' Boy
- 60 rolls French bread rolls (6 inch), partially split
- 1 gal. GREY POUPON Bistro Sauce
- 120 each Leaf lettuce leaves
- 20 each large tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1-3/4 gal. breaded oysters or shrimp, deep fried King Sooper's 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 1 each lemons, each cut into 8 wedges
- Toast outsides of rolls on griddle, grill or in oven until warmed and lightly browned on both sides.
- For each serving: Spread 1 Tbsp.
- bistro sauce onto bottom half of roll.
- Fill wth 2 lettuce leaves, 2 tomato slices and 1/2 cup oysters.
- Spoon about 3 Tbsp.
- of the remaining bistro sauce into 1-oz.
- cup.
- Serve with sandwich.
- Garnish with lemon wedge.
