Bistro Po' Boy

  1. Toast outsides of rolls on griddle, grill or in oven until warmed and lightly browned on both sides.
  2. For each serving: Spread 1 Tbsp.
  3. bistro sauce onto bottom half of roll.
  4. Fill wth 2 lettuce leaves, 2 tomato slices and 1/2 cup oysters.
  5. Spoon about 3 Tbsp.
  6. of the remaining bistro sauce into 1-oz.
  7. cup.
  8. Serve with sandwich.
  9. Garnish with lemon wedge.
