Cheesy Bacon Ranch Greek Yogurt Chicken
- 1/4 cups Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cups Reduced Fat Buttermilk
- 1/2 Tablespoons Hidden Valley Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Powdered Mix
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- Pinch Of Salt And Pepper
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 2 slices Turkey Bacon
- 1/2 cups Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese, Grated
- 1.
- Combine the Greek yogurt, buttermilk, ranch powder, garlic powder and pinch of salt and pepper in a large bowl.

- Place the chicken breasts in the bowl and cover with the yogurt mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- 3.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray a small baking dish with cooking spray.
- Set aside.

- Lightly spray a medium pan with cooking spray and heat on medium/high heat.
- Cook the bacon until golden and crispy, about 1-2 minutes per side.
- Transfer to a paper towel and blot off any fat.

- Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish, covering with all the yogurt mixture, and then topping with the grated cheese.
- 6.
- Bake until the chicken is no longer pink inside, about 20-25 minutes.
- 7.
- Crumble the cooked bacon on top and serve.
