Moroccan Hamburgers

  1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly; shape into 8 patties.
  2. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
  3. For freezer cooking, freeze for 4-6 months.
  4. Thaw before grilling.
  5. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400) 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until beef is no longer pink.
