Crockpot Chicken Pot Pie Stew
- 1 pound Boneless Chicken, Cubed
- 1 Medium Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Green Pepper, Chopped
- 2 cups Potato, Chopped (peeled If Desired)
- 1 cup Carrots, Chopped
- 1 cup Celery, Chopped
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Poultry Seasoning (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Frozen Peas
- 1.
- In a 5-quart crockpot, combine chicken, onion, pepper, potato, carrots, celery, broth, salt, poultry seasoning and garlic powder.

- Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
- 3.
- During the last hour of cooking, add sour cream and peas.
- Stir and cook for the final hour.
- 4.
- Stir and serve over biscuits or other bread.
