Grilled Mediterranean Sandwich

  1. Top each of 4 slices of bread with 3 slices ham, 2 ounces mozzarella and 3 strips of roasted red pepper.
  2. Top each with remaining bread slices.
  3. Spread both sides of each sandwich with margarine or butter.
  4. Place in skillet or griddle over medium heat; cook on both sides until golden brown and cheese melts.
