Creamy Cilantro Dijon Grilled Asparagus

  1. Brush asparagus with olive oil and place them on a hot grill pan.
  2. Grill for 10 minutes, turning frequently with tongs to cook evenly.
  3. Remove from heat and place on a large plate or serving platter.
  4. In a blender container, combine creme fraiche, cilantro, lime juice and Dijon mustard and salt.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Drizzle cilantro/Dijon cream over grilled asparagus and sprinkle with crumbled bacon before serving.
