orange and berry whipped creams

• 1 pints heavy cream
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup berries
• 1 orange

1. chill a mixing bowl and whisk
2. beat cream with whisk until very thick.
3. I use my stand mixer.
4. add sugar
5. zest then juice the orange, puree in blender.
6. puree berries
7. divide cream into two bowls
8. whisk in orange puree into one bowl and the berry puree into the other.
9. chill until ready to serve
