Flora's Low Carb/Low Fat Breakfast Burritos
- 1/2 lb Turkey Sausage
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 a green pepper, chopped
- 4 eggs
- 4 Low Carb Tortillas
- 1 Salsa
- 1 Cilantro
- 1 Low Fat Chedder Cheese
- 1 Jalepenos
- In a skillet brown your turkey sausage.
- Sautee your peppers and onions while your sausage is cooking.
- When your sausage is done, scramble your eggs.
- Heat your tortilla on your stove burner for just a few seconds to get it warm, then lay it flat on your plate and add a 1/4 on the sausage, eggs, and peppers.
- Top with your desired toppings, I really love the cilantro in this, so I highly recommend.
