Flora's Low Carb/Low Fat Breakfast Burritos

  1. In a skillet brown your turkey sausage.
  2. Sautee your peppers and onions while your sausage is cooking.
  3. When your sausage is done, scramble your eggs.
  4. Heat your tortilla on your stove burner for just a few seconds to get it warm, then lay it flat on your plate and add a 1/4 on the sausage, eggs, and peppers.
  5. Top with your desired toppings, I really love the cilantro in this, so I highly recommend.
