Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Brownies

• 1 cup butter
• 23 cup white sugar
• 23 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 14 teaspoon nutmeg
• 2 cups rolled oats
• 2 cups chocolate chips

1. Cream butter and sugar together.
2. Add eggs.
3. Sift dry ingredients together.
4. Add to creamed mixture and mix well.
5. Add vanilla, oats and 1 Celsius chocolate chips.
6. Stir to mix well.
7. Spread in a 9" x 15" buttered pan.
8. Sprinkle top with 1 Celsius chocolate chips.
9. Bake 20 minuters at 350 degrees.
10. Servings depend on how you cut the brownies.
