Missie's Yummy Mac 'N' Cheese
- 1 lb. elbow noodles
- 3 to 4 cups cheddar cheese
- 2 cans (10-3/4 oz. each) Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1-1/2 can milk
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 4 oz. butter
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Prepare noodles according to package diretions.
- Meanwhile, in a 2 qt.
- sauce pan mix cheddar cheese soup, milk, onion powder and 2 cups of cheddar cheese; cook until cheese is melted.
- Drain noodles.
- In a large bowl mix cheese sauce and noodles.
- Grease a 13x9-inch casserole dish; pour part of mixture in bottom of pan, pat with butter and top with cheese.
- Continue layering until everything has been used and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes until cheese is melted and golden and bubbly.
