kitchen Sink Steak Tips
- 2 lbs beef tips, butcher fresh
- 6 ounces orange juice
- 4 ounces Italian dressing
- 4 tablespoons tbsps spicy mustard
- 2 teaspoons granulated onion powder
- 1 fresh garlic clove
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 ounces teriyaki sauce
- 2 ounces soy sauce
- 4 ounces barbecue sauce
- Slice steak tips into 2 to 3 oz pieces, set aside.
- In a large freezer bag or large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix together thoroughly.
- Once properly mixed add steak tips and work marinate into tips well.
- Let sit for a min of 30 minutes with 4 HR's plus being optimal.
- Cook on a hot grill, allowing sugars to carmalize when cooking.
- Prepare to liking, medium is recommended for best taste.
- This can be served with your favorite rice or grill vegetables.
- Serves 3.
